Rachita was born and bought up in Dubai and has pursued Bachelor in Business Management from Middlesex University Dubai. After completing her internship with Peergrowth last year, she has a keen interest in recruitment and hence is giving her career an early start to learn the art of recruiting. Meanwhile, she understands people's importance and invests her time learning about people with diverse cultural and industry backgrounds. Building relationships with people comes naturally to her, and she feels recruitment will help her carve a fulfilling career.
