Cidel D’souza comes from Mumbai India, she holds a graduate degree in Investment Management from Mumbai University. She comes with diverse experience in the Human Resource function, she believes people are at the center of everything. She thrives on building and improving experiences that impact individuals on a day-to-day basis. She believes a good work culture affects the quality of work and the outcome an individual can produce thus impacting the organization at large.
According to her the best part about being an HR professional is having the exposure to work with each person in the organization, right from the newest to the most senior member. She started her career with a leading IT company in India where she spent four years switching gears within the HR Function. Her journey started as an Intern, she then continued in the role of an Employee Engagement Partner, her role evolved to an HR Generalist, and along with her previous roles she additionally worked as a COE for Talent and OD. She looks forward to continuing to build Peergrowths legacy while applying her past learnings wherever suitable and creating newer experiences.
Outside of work the sitcom ‘Friends’ is her go-to escape, it helps her keep the FUN going while working on the everyday FUNdamentals of HR. She also enjoys learning new forms of dance, badminton, and traveling.
