Jibu is originally from Mumbai, he is a passionate recruiter with an entrepreneurial background. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Executive Search. He started his career with one of the UK-based firms supporting a leading MNC bank as a Researcher and got promoted to a Team Lead in a very short span where he was managing APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and America region. Previously, he worked with an executive search firm specializing in Private Equity & Investment Banking in India, where he managed mid to senior-level mandates. Apart from banking clients, he has also worked with other sectors such as Real Estate, Aviation, Legal, Logistics & Media. Before joining Peergrowth, he worked with a well-known executive search firm based in UAE as a Recruitment Consultant where he handled all banking recruitments.
He has strong sourcing and observing skills and specialized in working on mid & leadership mandates. He is a good team player and also managed the team by motivating them to act towards the desired outcome. He is of the opinion that when we face a challenge, we should find a solution and not excuses. In addition to being a big-time cricket lover he enjoys playing badminton, reading, and traveling, most of all he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
