Yash was raised in Muscat, Oman and comes with a Degree in Paramedics. Having a varied cultural exposure of UAE as well as India, he gained interest in human psychology and different cultural orientations at a very early age. He has
always been truly passionate in connecting and building relationships with new people which led to him make a career in Recruitment.
Yash is able to relate to people quite well and enjoys building rapport with both candidates
and clients. He comes with relevant experience within recruitments In Middle East and India.
Before joining Peergrowth, Yash worked with an E-commerce firm within the Talent Acquisition team. Yash started his career with boutique
recruitment firm based in India.
